What You Can Expect From Us…

Our after-school youth golf program uses the Operation 36 model to provide small-group coaching for elementary girls from diverse backgrounds. Each session blends beginner-friendly instruction with a supportive space to learn, grow, and build confidence alongside peers.

This program takes place at PinPoint Raleigh, an indoor golf facility that allows us to run consistent, weather-proof sessions all season long.

Each session includes two core parts:
Golf Instruction — grip, stance, swing basics, putting, short game, and confidence taught through fun, age-appropriate drills.
Homework Help — a quiet, guided study space where girls can complete homework or receive light academic support before or after golf.

We help girls grow beyond sport by building leadership skills, communication, confidence, and emotional awareness. Through teamwork, encouragement, and structured activities, they learn how to problem-solve, support others, and navigate challenges positively.

This program is designed exclusively for girls ages 6–11, creating a safe, girls-only environment that removes pressure and helps them learn with confidence. Sessions are paced for younger learners and focus on fun, safety, encouragement, and learning at their own speed.

Parents can expect a well-structured, supportive, and female-led diverse environment. We provide clear communication, consistent routines, age-appropriate instruction, and a focus on safety, growth, and confidence both on and off the course.

Our summer camps offer a full week of small-group golf instruction designed for elementary girls from diverse backgrounds. Campers spend each day learning new golf skills, playing games, and building confidence in a fun, relaxed environment. The focus is on hands-on learning, teamwork, and giving every girl the space to grow, make friends, and enjoy the game in a positive setting.
